Details: Qigong, qi gong, chi kung, or chi gung which literally translates to "Life Energy Cultivation" has been around for many hundreds of years. It is a holistic system that integrates physical exercise, breath control and mental training.
Its practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind. Qigong is practiced throughout China and also worldwide these days for recreation, exercise and relaxation, preventive medicine and self-healing, alternative medicine, meditation and self-cultivation, and training for martial arts.
Sifu Wan Kam Leung developed his own style of Chi Kung, which is trained through a combination of hard and soft Chi Kung.
Training Chi Kung will enhance your Wing Chun skills greatly. It will increase your alignment which is essential to redirect a greater force.
